Valentine’s Day Chocolate Pots Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ x 400g coconut milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 15g maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- 70g dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine the coconut milk, egg yolk, maple syrup and sea salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly until starting to thicken to a custard texture.
Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture into two ramekins and leave in the fridge to firm up overnight.
Serve with heart shapes cut from strawberries (optional).
